Location: Chattanooga (Hybrid/Field-Based)

Type: Commission-Only, Outside Sales

Compensation: 27% Commission-only, with uncapped earning potential.

Role Overview:

As a Website SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for businesses looking to grow online. Your role is to generate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for our website solutions team, helping businesses get the websites they need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients who need website solutions.
  • Educate prospects about the benefits of our services.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our website team.
  • Track and report your sales activity and results.
  • Attend business networking events to meet new prospects and build relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a commission-only role.
  • Previous sales or customer outreach experience is a plus.
