Sales Development Representative (Marketing Sales)

Location: Chattanooga (Hybrid/Field-Based)

Type: Commission-Only, Outside Sales

Compensation: 27% Commission-only, with uncapped earning potential.

Commission Structure

Our Marketing Sales Development Representatives earn commission-only pay with uncapped earning potential.

  • One-Time Branding Projects (logos, rebrands, etc.): 20% of project value

  • Recurring Marketing Retainers: 15% of the first 3 months of the retainer

    • Example: $1,000/month retainer → $150/month for 3 months

 

Role Overview:

As a Marketing SDR, you’ll help businesses grow by generating leads and setting appointments for our marketing services. You’ll identify prospects, present marketing opportunities, and may attend business networking events to build relationships and expand your client base.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and reach out to businesses that could benefit from marketing solutions.
  • Educate prospects on our marketing services and value.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our marketing team.
  • Attend business networking events to connect with potential clients.
  • Track and report your sales activity and results.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a commission-only role.
  • Previous sales or customer outreach experience is a plus.
