We specialize in building websites for small to mid-sized municipalities (500–50,000 residents). Our mission is to help local governments modernize their digital presence with affordable and effective solutions. We’re growing fast and looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our team on a commission-only basis with generous earning potential.

The Role

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for municipalities. Your job is to prospect, cold call, and email potential government clients, book and deliver product demos, and close deals. You’ll play a crucial role in our growth while earning 25% commission on all closed deals.

What You’ll Do
  • Make a minimum of 125+ outbound cold calls per week to government prospects

  • Send a minimum of 25+ personalized emails weekly

  • Book qualified meetings and product demos

  • Conduct demos and present our offerings professionally (The founder may also do this for you if preferred)

  • Follow up with leads and no-shows

  • Log all activity and update regularly

  • Collaborate with the founder to refine outreach strategies for the municipal government sector

Who You Are
  • Comfortable engaging government officials and municipal staff via phone and email

  • Strong communicator confident delivering demos to local government stakeholders

  • Persistent, self-motivated, and results-driven

  • Organized and detail-oriented, tracking leads and sales diligently

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn sales tools and CRM

  • Previous sales experience in government or B2B is a plus
