Most roles involve on-site work with clients for content creation and collaboration. This is not a fully remote position. You must be located within 40 miles of Downtown Chattanooga, TN.
A lot of the time you will be at home but depending on your position you may be on-site at a location 1-3 days a week for a few hours - it's a case by case basis.
You’ll work with local small and mid-sized businesses across different industries like service businesses, restaurants, government agencies, medical practices, and e-commerce brands.
Yes. As the agency grows, early team members will have opportunities to take on larger roles, more responsibility, and higher pay.
In some cases, yes. If you have overlapping skills (for example content creation + editing), we may combine responsibilities depending on workload and fit.
Basic equipment like a smartphone capable of shooting good video is required for content roles. For more advanced work (like editing or design), having your own laptop and software is preferred but not always required depending on experience
Certain Equipment like Gimballs, Microphones, etc may be provided.
It varies by role and experience level. Most team members will support multiple clients at once, but we keep workloads reasonable so quality doesn’t suffer and so you aren't pulling your hair out.
