Position Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable Account Manager to help manage client relationships and keep projects running smoothly. This role is the main point of contact between clients and our internal team.
You’ll be responsible for making sure clients are updated, expectations are clear, and deliverables are organized across multiple services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients
- Handle onboarding for new clients
- Keep projects organized and on schedule
- Coordinate between social media, web, and ads teams
- Ensure client expectations are clear and realistic
- Assist with basic sales follow-ups on warm leads
- Maintain CRM and client records
- Help improve client experience and retention

Preferred Qualifications
- 2 Years of Experience creating content for businesses
- Photography or videography experience
- Understanding of social media trends and best practices
- Basic graphic design experience
- Experience using scheduling tools and content calendars
Requirements
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Experience in client-facing roles (agency experience preferred)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve without constant supervision
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with small business clients
