At Municipal Core, we believe your team should feel confident managing your city’s website from day one. That’s why introductory training is always included in every project.
While the training system is intuitive, training focuses on the most important day-to-day tasks so your staff can hit the ground running. More advanced administrative training is also included, tailored to your organization’s needs.
On-Site Training Rates
If your team prefers in-person, on-site training, we’re happy to come to you. Our on-site training rates are based on your proximity to one of our offices:
Standard On-Site Training Rates:
- Within 35 miles of our Chattanooga, TN office: $35/hour
- Within 35 miles of our upcoming Atlanta, GA or Sacramento, CA satellite offices:
(Coming soon) $45/hour Beyond 35 miles of any office location:
$55–$85/hour + standard travel costs (varies by distance and lodging needs)
Planning for Training
Because the number of team members needing training may influence your project cost, we’ll work with you early to identify your preferred training approach and participant count. This ensures we can plan sessions that are efficient and cost-effective.
Common Training Scenarios
- Small team training: We remotely train up to five primary staff members who will manage the website.
- Train the trainer: We train selected internal leads who then pass on knowledge to other departments.
- Department-led approach: We train each department head responsible for their own section of the site.
- IT-led model: We train your IT staff in full, who then support and train the rest of the organization.
- Full team training: We train anyone in your organization who needs access, as outlined in your agreement.
