Position Overview:
We're looking for a creative and dependable Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for creating content, managing social media accounts, and helping local businesses maintain a strong online presence.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, visiting client locations, capturing content, editing videos, and managing social media platforms on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Visit client locations to capture photos and videos
- Create short-form video content for social media
- Edit videos and content for posting
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
- Write captions and assist with content planning
- Monitor and respond to basic engagement when required
- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
- Collaborate with internal team members on client strategy
- Track performance and assist with monthly reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 Years of Experience creating content for businesses
- Photography or videography experience
- Understanding of social media trends and best practices
- Basic graphic design experience
- Experience using scheduling tools and content calendars

Requirements
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for local client visits
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Professional attitude when interacting with clients
